Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note the 5-business-day ETA displayed to products on Special Order is an estimate and depending on our order cycles and supplier shipping times can occasionally extend to 20-business-days. If we are unable to ship the product to you within this 20 days we will offer you a refund.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free shipping: We offer free parcel post for all* Australian orders valued over AU$99 and New Zealand orders over NZ$149. *not applicable to orders including certain Oversize items - see below.

Oversize shipping: For some larger items such as Work Stands, we charge an additional oversize shipping fee, and may limit which countries we ship too. Please note this oversize fee will be charged even if the order exceeds a Free Shipping threshold.

Flat shipping rates: We offer flat rate shipping to various countries around the world. Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed both in your shopping cart and at checkout. 

In-store pickup

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an in-store pickup option.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for regions we do not offer flat rate shipping to. Contact me at jack@beautbike.com.au for a quote.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beaut Bike is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the purchaser and importer of the product.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the time quoted at checkout from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at jack@beautbike.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are able to deliver to Australia Post P.O. boxes, although some exclusions apply, such as with oversize bicycle work stands. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver your order to a P.O. box and attempt to make alternative arrangements to ensure you receive your order as smoothly as possible.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at jack@beautbike.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
